    I have searched some different and helpful techniques to fix Shockwave Flash problem in chrome - Try these steps:

    Test Incognito Mode
    Conduct Scan for Active-X, Registry and Flash Errors
    Remove Shockwave Player/Disable Plugin From Browsers
    Reinstall Shockwave Flash Plugin
    Reregister GCSWF32.dll File
    Enable Software Rendering


    These troubleshooting techniques will definitely fix this problem.
