Problem I'm facing on my ASPIRE 4752G

My device is a notebook - ASPIRE 4752G, my OS is windows 7 home premium, service pack 1

the problem arouse since last month (approximately)
the action center shows me a message always saying that there is a problem with Netscape Portable Runtime and I have to solve it, I opened the solution suggestion, it says

Solve a problem with Netscape Portable Runtime

 

Netscape Portable Runtime has stopped working properly.

whenever I open this link to download NSPR I can't find the file to download, so what shall I do to solve this problem
