My Acer was sent for repares, returned broken still. Warrent has now expired

I recently registered and sent my notebook to Acer reparies in Temple Texas. My notebook had broken just before my warrentee expired. Now my notebook has come back to me saying "Replaced the hard drive. Updated the BIOS. Unit passed all test". The notebook has the exact problem I shipped off to get fixed. Now my Warrentee of the original purchase date has expired, but I was told by the agent when the warrentee was good that when you recieve your repaired unit you will have 90 days if problems arise to send back for repairs. Now all avenues of efforts are put to a dead end of assistance because all services ask for the SNID / Serial no. Once I enter these numbers the automated service automatically rejects me for service saying your warrentee is now out of date. Now offers assistance through payed service and says your now out of service and hangs up or disconnects the phone automatically. Question: How do I talk to a agent to explain or get the notebook shipped back if I now have a promised NEW 90 days for repairs if there are no avenues to get through for help?

    I'm having the EXACT same issue, paper reads the same. Except my Acer is in

    even worse condition(plastic warped/making strange sounds, not functioning properly). The paper said the same thing, can anyone out there please help us out?

    Same for me in Canada, worked a little while, hardly used, then of a suddened,same issue, same avenues.

    I have been told by friends a lot of these machines have bad mother boards sent out anyway, welcome to my nightmare,brick wall looking mighty inviting .lol

    That's really sad to hear. Whats with acer lately? Maybe you can try to go some experts on PC or tablets to fix it for you.

    Some additional details with what system you have, when it was serviced, and when it failed again would be appreciated.

    Hi Tommy, Just a note to tell you the service called and said, try a new charger, so I borrowed my friends , same machine, same thing . Dead as a door nail. What is this world coming to? Another bad mother board, alas life for a brief moment is better than non at all, more e waste. Disappointed Customer.  thanks Tommy at least you answered. Have a nice one AL.
