In some games that use Unreal Engine 5, specifically Legend of Ymir. I'm having a problem crashing the game multiple times. When I tried to report it to the customer service of Legend of Ymir, they said:
" This is not a network issue. This is a known, widespread incompatibility issue between Intel's 13th and 14th Generation CPUs and Unreal Engine 5 (UE5), which Legend of YMIR uses. The LM54 error is one of the common symptoms of this instability."
"To resolve this, you must update your motherboard's BIOS to the latest version. Please visit the official support website for your laptop's or motherboard's manufacturer (e.g., Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte) to find the download and instructions for the latest BIOS update for your specific model. So, how can I resolve this issue? Based on the instructions of the Legend of Ymir, I must contact the motherboard manufacturer of my laptop to update the latest bios update. Can you help me resolve this? How can I reach the manufacturer of my motherboard?
