Acer Nitro 4 – eMobility App Cannot Detect Scooter fails to detect scooter on iPhone 13

Hello,

I recently purchased an Acer Nitro 4 electric scooter (model NES034) and I’m trying to connect it to the Acer eMobility app on my iPhone 13 (iOS).

The issue is that the app does not detect the scooter, even though:

• Bluetooth on my phone is turned on,
• The scooter is powered on and close to the phone,
• The turn signals keep flashing continuously (which I believe indicates pairing mode).

I downloaded the Acer eMobility app from the App Store, but the scooter does not appear in the device list.

Could you please confirm:

1. Is Acer eMobility the correct app for Nitro 4?
2. Are there any additional steps required to pair with iPhone 13?
3. Could this be related to App Store region or scooter firmware?
