Helios Neo 18 (phn18-71) struggles with overall performance. Lots of issues as below mentioned.

Мучился с общей работоспособностью, то охлаждения не хватало, то ещё чего то. Вот что в итоге сделал.

Апдейт биос до версии 1.17 решил проблему охлаждения

через trottlestop во вкладке tpl установил значение в 95w максимальной мощности процессора.

Далее боролся с графическими артефактами ( спрайтами ) единственное решение которое помогло это использовать windows 10 а не windows 11. Ноутбук работает замечательно и без проблем. Все драйвера встали как родные.

данный ноутбук с windows 11 просто отказывается работать как надо.

I struggled with overall performance; sometimes the cooling wasn't sufficient, sometimes something else entirely. This is what I ended up doing.

Updating the BIOS to version 1.17 solved the cooling issue.

Using throttlestop, I set the maximum processor power to 95W in the TPL tab.

I then struggled with graphical artifacts (sprites). The only solution that helped was using Windows 10 instead of Windows 11. The laptop works perfectly and without any problems. All drivers installed perfectly.

This laptop simply refuses to work properly with Windows 11.
