I game a bunch, and my computer crashes after playing games smoothly for hours. Until I close the game and sit idle at my desktop.
Back story:
I got my Orion 5000 at best buy maybe about 3-4 years ago on a black Friday deal. I didn't know about turning the fans up on the predator sense app until main a 1.5 years ago, and I play some demanding games. I realized my cpu was getting 100c+ and realized I could manually turn up the fans. Since I have got a basic radiator type cpu cooler with a fan on it, and moved the old cpu cooler fan to the top of the case as a exhaust. Cpu, gpu, and system say under 50-60C now. Sometimes GPU gets to around 72C max on short bursts.
I have had a problem shortly after installing 4x crucial 16GB ram 4400 40cl, which i see suggested on this forum a bunch (i installed same time as my cpu cooler). I started getting blue screen after a few weeks of installing these things. Took it to geek squad, they said hardware was good and reinstalled windows. Computer ran great for about 2 months now then slowly going back to crashing after gaming and now won't boot. It starts normal but the bios beep doesn't stop, will beep until I manually shut it off.
Any help or suggestions is appreciated a bunch. Thinking about taking it back to geek squad to see if there's something else they can find? Is geek squad worth their money on solutions? I'm not super educated on this subject, besides changing out some parts here and there.
