Acer swift Go 16 AI - can't view images on Firefox and glitches on other browsers

Hello!

I’m experiencing a display issue with my Acer Swift Go 16 (AMD Ryzen AI). The problem occurs across all browsers except Mozilla Firefox. When I open any browser other than Firefox (for example, Edge, Chrome, or Opera), I get a strange visual glitch at the top of the screen, as shown in the attached photo.

However, when I use Firefox, another issue appears: I can’t access or view photos in Canva (they simply don’t load). This means I can’t properly use any browser!! the others have the glitch, and Firefox doesn’t display images correctly.

I’ve already tried the following without success:

• Tested both the touchpad and an external mouse.
• Replaced the laptop with a new one (same model).
• the laptop to Acer technical support, but the problem persists.

Since the same issue happens on multiple identical devices, it seems to be a compatibility or driver-related problem rather than a hardware defect.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a way to fix it? D:
