SF14-51-76Y4 User sensing 2.0 missing after Windows reinstall

Hello, I'm facing a problem with my laptop SF14-51-76Y4

Originally, the laptop came with the Acer User Sensing 2.0 was installed. But, recently, for my personnel reasons, I had to reinstall the Windows and after that thr Acer User Sensing 2.0 program has not been installed. (There is no something like an error windows but even it is installed the application size still remains for just 80kb..) The cam is working well so I can unlock the laptop by Windows Hello facial detection.

It looks like some sensors not working. (or not recognized? driver issue?)

You guys can suggest any solutions for me please..?

Thank you for your comment but maybe my describing to my problem was lack. for my case, the Acer User Sensing 2.0 program doesn't run properly at all because the app size is just around 80kb.
