Nitro ANV15-51 GPU fan issue even at 0 degree celcius.ACER PLEASE UPDATE THE BIOS

Hey everyone.

My computer is having GPU fan issue the fan is clocking at 7000 rpm at 0 degree celcius.
1.people have been stating that this is a bios issue after the v1.31 update.
2.this issue happened to me in around august 12-13 after my laptop got overheated and i opened nitrosense and put on the fan to max.
3.since then the issue is been happening once a month and the issue goes on for 2 - 3 days then gets fixed on its own.
4.for a temporary solution i have just taken out my gpu fan and this cpu is performing okaish as i am running low end tasks on this laptop.
5.my request to fellow members is that please tell me if anyone has faced this issue.
6.my request to acer is please update the bios.

7.i have done all type of fix such as ec hardwardware update
pinhole reset
uninstalling nitrosense
cleaning fans and thermal paste

in the end just decoded to take my fan out please answer me out.
