In July, I bought an Acer XV275KP3 screen from Amazon. Today, when powering up the screen, it stayed completely black, not even displaying the usual acer logo. The power light was on, but the screen did not display anything at all. The computer continues to recognize the screen. I tried the usual troubleshooting steps (turn on / off, reboot computer, check all cables, update drivers, hold power button for 30s to reset screen) with no success.
Amazon refers me to Acer support for warranty / repairs, but both the contact form and the repair request form do not recognize the Serial Number or SNID, leaving me unable to access support at all. Please help.
