My device Wi-Fi Killer AX1650 cannot detect 5GHz band in Helios 300 PH315-54

Device : Predator Helios 300 PH315-54

So recently my internet provider upgraded my router into Wi-Fi 6 and 5GHz Network (because i live in apartment). When i try to connect my laptop to the WiFi, my laptop doesn't even recognize any 5GHz network and showed it in the WiFi List section. But my phone is able to detect all of the 5GHz connection from my room, even other room.

My question is this the wifi card at fault or others?

I have tried to uninstall and install the drivers from Acer Driver and from the Intel website, but no luck, the 5GHz network is still unavailable. Also i notice if i use the 5GHz from my phone via portable hotspot, it can detect and connect to it. And as i remember, when i first time bought the laptop at December 2021, the wifi can detect any 5GHz connection. I'm confused right now because it's sucks to activate hotspot every time i want to use the laptop.

The Killer AX1650 is dual‑band and should detect 5 GHz Wi‑Fi, so the card itself is not the limitation. Since it only works with your phone hotspot, the issue is more likely router configuration or Windows corruption. Please check the following:
