Chromebook model#CP311-3h (N19Q10) Chromebook have intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity. switching out our WAP at home, didn't fix the problem.

hello -

i have been a HUGE acer buff for years and years now. pretty much any purchase i make, the first thing i do is see if acer makes it.

i am also a HUGE Chromebook buff.

however, our last two(!) acer-chrome books (purchased a year apart) have had intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity issues. i tried switching out our WAP at home, didn't fix the problem. we seem to have the same problem in hotel rooms, Starbucks, libraries, etc.

our three or four acer-windows laptops have no such problems, just the two chrome books.

our latest Chromebook is model#CP311-3h (N19Q10) — not sure about the older acer-Chromebook.

has anybody else had similar issues?
