Predator Helios Neo 16S AI Fan not reaching to Max speed

I am writing this post again,

few days ago I bought this laptop Predator Helios Neo 16S AI RTX 5060
but after sometime I noticed that my laptop fans are not reaching to max speed,
It only reaches to 4800 RPM so I thought its software glitch & uninstalled the predator sense software & redownloaded it from acer website but even after doing this, it still shows 4800 rpm as max speed,

Yesterday I visited the service center where I bought my laptop,
I showed them that my laptop fan speed is not reaching to 6000 RPM speed, they checked my laptop & told me that this model fan have 5000 RPM max speed, they even showed me another same laptop that have 4800 RPM as max speed.

So my question is, is it really true that Predator Helios Neo 16S AI have only fan max speed of 4800 RPM??

anyone who have this laptop can please confirm this?
