Predator Orion 5000 P05-660 boot problems

Hi.

I just bought a Predator Orion 5000 P05-660. The initial configuration process went well, but at some point during all the Windows updates, the pc stopped booting after restart. I have to switch the pc off and on again. Strangely, the pc restarts fine after installing other software.

I ordered a restore USB-stick from Acer. Howerver, I cannot get the pc to boot from the stick. Every time I try to interrupt the boot process with Delete or Esc to enter BIOS or F12 to enter the boot menu, the pc stops responding and do not boot.

I have not been able to enter the Windows 11 Startup repair tool either.

Any suggestions on how to proceede?
