PO3-665 Can't find any place on the motherboard to connect a SATA Power Cable.

I asked this question a while ago but recently realized I had put the wrong model details.

I'm still have the same problem as although I can find the two SATA Data slots I can't find any place on the motherboard to connect a SATA Power Cable. I also don't have an empty PCI slot or i would just plug in a Nvme adaptor and use that to get the additional space I desperately need.

As i seem to be getting nowhere with this is it worth considering just buying a 2tb external NVME SSD to solve my space problem? If so any suggestions on which on to buy will be gratefully received

The PO3-655 has 2x SATA data plugs it doesn't have power plugs for the SATA 3 drives on the mainboard, as they are on the PSU and you connect them from the PSU. Its a very simple connection to connect this desktops 2x SATA 3 HDD as extra storage, read the manual and the Predator PO3-665 - Lifecycle Ext. Guide_Acer_1.0_A_A. Good luck and hope this helps you out further.

These are the two SATA 3 data plugs on the PO3-655 mainboard, its at the top left side.

Then connect the PSU SATA power plugs into the SATA HDD

After weeks of trying to sort this I am now feeling a complete **** LOL. As a lAst resort I decided to remove the panel on the other side and surprise surprise Found two drive bays with the correct power czbles. I’ve threaded a data cable through and fitted a ssd drive from another computer and everything works. All i have to do now is f ind out how to remove the drive bay for fitting and I’m set up.

I did as Acer support about this weeks ago and they proved to be as much help as a chocolate teapot.

Hopefully all sorted now so thsnks to everyone on here for their help.
