Aspire XC - 885, Is the GeForce GT 1030 compatible and worth upgrading from Intel UHD 630?

Hi, I recently bought this pc as my last one died and wondering whether to buy this graphics card of Ebay & sold by andrewspode! Will it be any better than the on board - Intel UHD Graphics 630. I am buying it as i do a wee bit of video editing.

The card is - Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card HDMI DVI Fresh Paste. The card is £40 - is that a good price??? Is there anything better around that price??

I just had a look and the psu is only 220w. So if i want a new half decent graphics card i will need a new Cpu? I don't think that's an easy thing find as the case is so small!!! The actual Pc runs no bad -apart from theis issue.
