Acer Nitro V15-52-Does unexpected crashes and reboot are normal in new laptop

I have recently purchased Acer nitro V15-52 Core i5 13420H with RTX5050 almost 18 days ago. Its been crashing regularly. After crash it boots back up within seconds giving no time to take picture or call somebody. It has given one RAM error and multiple unexpected crash so for. What should I do. its my only system i use for my work. I have spend far too much to buy it now its making me stress about its working. I also wanna add its battery life have dropped unexpectedly from 4-5 stress free use to only 2hr after the 14th day Suspiciously after the return window.

Finally, always use the laptop on a hard, flat surface to ensure proper airflow and prevent heat buildup. Since the laptop is still under warranty, it’s also advisable to contact Acer Support
