I recently purchased a Predator Helios Neo 16 laptop (Model: PHN16-72) in Pakistan. The device is brand new and shows the following identifiers:
- Serial Number: NHQQVSA003XXXXXXXX
- SNID: XXXXXXXX
However, when I try to validate the warranty using the Acer India portal (https://apn.acer.co.in/Acer/WarrantyValidation), I receive an “Incorrect SNID” error. I’ve double-checked the SNID from the system info and the label on the device — it’s correct.
I also tried entering the Serial Number, clearing browser cache, and using incognito mode, but the issue persists. Could this be a region sync delay for newer models like PHN16-72? Or is there an alternate portal for Pakistan-based users?
I’d appreciate any guidance on how to verify the warranty or register the product manually.
