I have an Acer SFX14-72G-754M and it seems to have an overheating problem. When I´m gaming, even at low quality settings, the laptop gets very hot. I have already activated the “Turbo” mode via AcerSense, which turns the fan up to full speed, which is really very loud. But that doesn't help. Even if I raise the laptop slightly so that there is more space between its base and the table. After a short time, HWinfo shows me temperatures of max. 105° in the CPU package and in the core temperature. Apparently, the thermal throttling is then activated every minute and I can't play the game smoothly. The FPS drops from about 30-50 to 1-4. I understand that when the temperatures rise like this, the throttling kicks in, but I absolutely cannot understand how such temperatures can arise in the first place. The laptop is a few months old, and I can't imagine that the fan is already dusty, especially since I've had this problem from the beginning. I really need help here, because why would I buy a laptop like this if I can't play games that require far less specs to run smoothly?
