Acer Nitro V 15-Laptop crashing while plugged in but working fine on battery

I have recently bought Acer Nitro V 15 Intel Corei5 13th Gen 13420H - (16GB/512 GB SSD/Windows11 Home/8 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce RTX5050) ANV15-52 Gaming Laptop from Flipkart. The laptop runs games without issues when on battery but crashes as soon as it is plugged in (original adaptor of 135W). I have update latest windows updates, Nvidia drivers, BIOS and optional updates but nothing seems to work. Is this a hardware issue or a software issue and what is the fix? I am very frustrated, pls provide solution and let me know if others are facing the same issue?
