Window Flickering and CPU reaching 100*C while gaming in Helios Neo 16. Please help

Hi there. I am rocking a Acer Predator Helios Neo 16. i9 14900hx and RTX 4060 with the 240hz screen. So My problem is that when playing games my window flickers sometimes. I have attached a video. The video is only brief because I had tried closing the game and got a 1 sec video. Also my secondary problem is the CPU reaching 100*C. As long as I remember it reached 100 while gaming from the first day I bought it. I reach this temp when I am running in performance and turbo. The only way for

me to reduce this temp is that I disable turbo boost and then manually set the fan speed to 7000 rpm. Even then it revolves around 95 - 100. While the GPU is around 70 - 85. Please help me. I also have the warranty still.
