Possible Leak in Cooling Pipes - New Acer Predator PHN16S-71 (1.5 Months Old)

Hello, I recently purchased an Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 just 1.5 months ago. Yesterday I opened the laptop to install an additional hard drive and noticed something concerning.

On the cooling pipes (heat pipes), I detected traces of dried liquid or an oily substance in several areas. The pipes are black in color, but a residue is clearly visible in different sections.

My questions are:

1. Is it normal to find this type of residue on brand new cooling pipes?
2. If not normal, could this represent a risk of failures or damage to my equipment?
3. Should I request a warranty review given the laptop is practically new?
