OK, so I bought an ACER Aspire from Amazon. It was a good deal and I really like their product. My ACER finally died and I bought another one from Amazon (where I bought the prior one). I bought it on July 8, 2025. Now (10/24/2025) it won't boot up. When I put the SNID in for their support It tells me that it is no longer under warranty. Is it true that they only support their product for less 4 months? Do they believe so little in their product? It was not super expensive, but it wasn't free.
Can anyone comment on this and maybe let me know what I can do about it?
