Device Model: Acer Swift 16 AI Intel - SF16-51T-76TG
Operating System: Windows 11 (64-bit)
Problem Description:
The $16$-inch OLED touchscreen display is completely unresponsive to touch input. While the display (the visual image) itself works perfectly fine, the touch functionality is entirely disabled.
I have exhausted all known software and driver solutions for this issue. Since the touchscreen is explicitly listed as a feature of this model, and all software checks have failed, the problem is most likely hardware-related (e.g., a disconnected internal cable, a loose connector, or a faulty touch digitizer panel) and requires professional physical inspection by a technician.
