Acer Care Centre not working - only option to remove app and no online support available

There are several issues happening with my system. The new one is that I cannot update which is an issue. When I downloaded the acer care center the only thing i could do was remove it. Also, the only way to get support is to send the laptop in which I cannot because i use my computer everyday to work and this would be a HIPPA violation. I wish I would have known and I would not have gotten this computer. I bought this laptop a year ago and when I put my serial number in I was told it was older model. I paid for an additional two year warranty. There are so many issues happening and I can't even get online support. my warranty does not expire until april 2027.

Your inability to use the Acer Care Center app and seeing only an option to remove it is a common issue, often caused by software bugs or conflicts with Windows updates. Step 1: Attempt to fix Acer Care Center
Run as administrator: Right-click the Acer Care Center shortcut and select Run as administrator.
Restart the service manually:
Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager.
Go to the Services tab and look for ACCStd or Acer Care Center Service.
If the service is not running, right-click it and select Start.
Check for AcerSense: On newer Acer laptops, the program has been replaced by AcerSense. Try searching your Start Menu for AcerSense to see if it is already installed and working.
Step 2: Fully remove and reinstall
If the app is still not working, a clean reinstall is the most reliable solution. You will need to uninstall the app completely and then download the version specific to your model from the Acer website.
Uninstall the app and related services
Uninstall the main program:
Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
Find Acer Care Center, click the three dots, and select Uninstall.
Remove leftover services: Even after the main app is uninstalled, some related services might still be running in the background.
Press the Windows + R keys, type services.msc, and press Enter.
Find any remaining Acer services, such as AcerCare Svc or ACCStd, and disable them by right-clicking and selecting Properties. Change the Startup type to Disabled.
Delete leftover folders: Delete the remaining program files to prevent conflicts.
In File Explorer, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Acer\Care Center and delete the folder.
You may also need to delete program data in the hidden folders: C:\ProgramData\Packages\AcerIncorporated.AcerCareCenterS_48frkmn4z8aw4.
