My laptop is PHN-16-Laptop is overheating during light tasks like browsing the internet . what do i do

my laptop is PHN-16 , i7 14th gen+ rtx 4060 , bought about 6mo ago . this is the temp of my laptop rn and i was just using the brave browser to watch youtube . also the moment i put my laptop to sleep and then wake it up after 15-20mins i find it very hot to touch altho it was at sleep . this sleep problem had disappeared for about a week and now it returned about 5d ago . it was also coincidentally the time when i updated my nvidia drivers via the nvidia experince app . so does that driver update have anything to do with this? or do i need to clean the fans ? or is it some other internal issue …

Check to see if you still have a restore point created by the nvidia update.
