My laptop is the Predator PH315-55-I2C HID DEVICE keeps failing no matter what i do now

Hi so i have an issue where my trackpad no longer works. And it is because of i2c hid device having a error symbol and not working. The first time i noticed my trackpad wasn't working i looked for answers and saw i needed to install the drivers in the product support section and the drivers i installed

And it worked but the next day i found it not working again and saw i2c hid having an error and i found another solution where uninstalling it would help the trackpad work again and it did but next day it stopped working again. I tried updating it manually but it said it encountered an error and keeps showing error code 10. I also tried uninstalling it with the serial IO setup completely and installing it again and saw when it completed installation it immediately showed an error sign again. I also tried installing every windows update but nothing worked any tips will help.
