Product received: Black unit with 10-key numeric keypad
I reported this immediately and accepted your return process two weeks ago. Today I received your update:
“Please be advised that we have received your device at our service center today, under the tracking number HXM5xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx7. We have already informed this with our dedicated service team, we will have the unit to be assessed first. Once assessment is done our team will get back to you as soon as possible.”
This is not a repair or warranty issue; it’s a mis-shipment. An assessment isn’t required. Please process this as a return for wrong item supplied and do one of the following:
- Send the correct model (Silver Swift 16 without numeric keypad) immediately, and confirm the exact model code and dispatch date; or
- Provide a full refund to my original payment method.
