Warranty Shows Nov.29,2025 While my purchase was Aug.07, 2025

Hi all,

Purchased my Acer Nitro 16 ANV16-71 from Amazon.ae (Dubai) - when i checked the warranty of my laptop it shows it will lapse in Nov.29, 2025 - i have PoP and all from Amazon seller on when i bought it (which was Aug.07, 2025) & should have 1 yr warranty not 3 months - where to rectify it? BTW whenever i try to open some Acer links Firefox says connection not secure such as trying to access https://www.acer.com/worldwide/support/ would block it . My laptop is registered under my products on Acer website with my ACER ID. any email i can direct my rectification all along invoice attachment and all? tx for the help (hope if u do send a link, fingers crossed it does open for me - i also tried on chrome).

You should contact Acer support directly with your proof of purchase to correct the warranty date. Since the support page isn’t opening, try emailing them at acer.mea@Acer (for Middle East & Africa). Attach your invoice and product details. Hope this helps!
