Predator Helios Neo 16 - screen glitching when switching browser tabls

Hi, I'm not a techy guy so I'm asking for help if anyone knows what might cause this problem. I have a Predator Helios Neo 16 for about 1 year already. For the past 3 months, I've been experiencing screen cutting/glitching or I don't know whatever it's called, when I'm using a browser and switching tabs/windows. Sometimes it would cut/glitch a huge part of a tab/window after switching to a different tab/window, so it is really a bothersome especially when I'm working. The glitch would last about 3-5secs but when I minimize the entire browser it will be back to normal. So, I get my laptop cleaned because I thought it might because of dirt that went inside the laptop. However, it's still the same after that. It only happens on browser especially google chrome. Aside from that, when I'm also using Netflix in full screen, the screen flickers. I don't know if they're related to each other. I'll appreciate any useful information. Thank you!
