I am the legal owner of an Acer Chromebase device that is currently locked at the enterprise enrollment screen and cannot be used. I understand that this model was often deployed for Google Meet hardware, but I would like to request assistance in removing the enrollment lock or resetting the device so that I can use it personally.

I purchased this device legitimately 'as new' from an Ebay business seller and am the current owner. I am not affiliated with the organization that previously managed it, if indeed there was one?. Could you please advise on the steps required to remove the enterprise lock or reset the device so it can be used normally?
