Nitro ANV15-52 Type-C Scanner 3d is not recognized or powered

I have bought and installed yesterday a new Nitro Anv15-52 notebook (i9-13900-32Gb-SSD 1Tb-RTX5050) . I have this problem: When i connect in the Usb Type C port a Portable Intraoral Scanner , ( DC 5V CURRENT 1A)
the scanner doesn't turn on , no led , and the usb port doesn't recognize any new hardware.
If i connect the same scanner , with the same cable / usb type c , but using an adapter Type C > USB 3.0 on the same notebook , everything works fine .
In this case , i would think that the USB Type C port of this notebook is defective , but if i connect for example a SSD External USB Type C , it works !! I have transfered just to stress the port , 500Gb of data , and everything went fine.
Then i have tested the same scanner on another notebook of other brand (MSI) in the USB Type C port , and it works fine. I have no idea , someone can suggest something to me ?

The Notebook is just formatted with Windows 11 V24H2 , ( clean install) . No External Antivirus , No Crack , nothing of strange.
