Intel PPM leades to various system stability problems.

I have PHN18-71 and Im having problems with using code editors(Visual Studio and JetBrains Rider) and browser. Some backgound services crash making it hard to use, also BSODs appear from time to time. I did investigation already regarding hardware state and all possible tests for RAM and CPU run well. Later I started analyzing dumps of my BSODs and found out that majority is intelppm.sys problem.
To make sure it is the exact problem also for my code editors stability I temporarily "turned off" the driver with making changes in the registry.
And it worked! After restart i had longest stable session of usage. But ofcourse the temperatures were high, so it can not be considered permanent solution.
Since then I tried reinstalling various drivers(mainly for chipset). I also went throught list of drivers for my laptop in the acer support to make sure they are all installed. But it did not really help. Intell PPM still crashes different things from time to time. Have I missed something? What can be done further?

[EDIT] Also to mention, I did update BIOS in the past, Im using v1.17
