Occasional Pink Screen Flickering on Acer Predator Helios 300

Hello everyone,
I’m using an Acer Predator Helios 300, purchased around (Nov–Dec 2020). Recently, I’ve noticed that the screen occasionally flickers with a pink tint.. Most of the time, the display works perfectly fine, and the issue only appears sometimes.

Here’s what I’ve observed and tried:

• When connected to an external monitor, there is no flicker, so the problem seems limited to the laptop’s built-in display.
• I recently had the laptop internally cleaned of dust by a technician.
• There’s no visible physical damage to the screen as said by technician.

Has anyone experienced similar pink flickering issues on the Helios 300? Any advice or recommended fixes would be greatly a

Pink flickering on a Helios 300 is often caused by faulty display drivers or a failing internal display cable. To troubleshoot, first update drivers, check the refresh rate, or perform a clean boot to rule out software issues. If the problem persists, it is likely a hardware issue.

For software issues

• Update Drivers and BIOS: Ensure your operating system and all drivers, especially graphics drivers from Acer or the GPU manufacturer (Nvidia/AMD), are up to date. 
• Check Refresh Rate: Make sure the refresh rate is set to a compatible setting in Windows' Advanced display settings, as an incorrect rate can cause issues. 
• Perform a Clean Boot: This will help determine if a background program is causing the conflict. If the flickering stops, you can then re-enable startup programs one by one to find the culprit. 
• System Restore: If the problem started recently, try using System Restore to go back to a previous state before the issue began
