Problem where my screen goes funny, glitches and then go black but keyboard and fans work.

Hi All,

recently finally got my first gaming laptop. As like anyone would been trying some games and see what happens I’ve noticed more then a few times that sometimes when I quit to desktop from a game like normal my mouse laps like 5 fps then I get screen going black then on and then this fizz of static on the screen then it will all go black and nothing works with the keyboard but it’s still lit and the fans are going. I have to hold the power down for about 40 seconds and then it’s back to normal. I would say maybe I’ve been pushing it too hard as I was on Cyberpunk but it’s happened on cities skylines 1, anno 1800 and many more lower end Games. I wish I could upload a video to explain it better but doesn’t allow me so please see the picture attached. Any help will be much appreciated.
