Why is my pc experiencing this glitch and how do I fix it?

I have the Nitro N50-640 with an RTX 3050. Recently, I was playing Forza Horizon 5, with a DualSense controller plugged with an usb cable into my pc. I was using DS4 Windows since it was a Playstation controller. Then, my pc showed a black screen saying something along the lines of "Device has gone wrong, closing pc". My pc then crashed and I had to restart it. This happened one other time and since then everytime I plug this controller in, the next time I start up the computer, it starts up, closes, starts up again, then stops and beeps like this: long beep, short beep, short beep and repeating. I then have to disconnect the power, discharge the PC by holding the power button and replugging it for it to work. And even then it seems to start, then close, then start again before working. I also noticed a recent bug where when I sometimes start my pc, my usb mouse does not show a cursor on screen, it says something like "device has gone wrong, please reconnect it" down below in the sort of windows notifications and I have to disconnect the USB dongle and reconnect it.
