Acer nitro 17-41 and 42 both completely bricked

I wanna know if anyone on this forum is having the same issue that i have had and if they ever found a fix.

I got a Acer nitro 17-41 when i first left the country and it was great everything i wanted and more. I was able to run all my favorite games offline and it was a beast. After roughly a year of using it for gaming it completely went black screen on me and wouldn't turn on or charge. It was bricked and nothing i could do would fix it and the year warranty was already up so i was just out of luck. I then went to micro center and got at 42 due to a sell and me having the first one i thought it was a fluke and this one would last me a really long time. I was using it for when i traveled and it was working great. I was playing hollow knight ( not a demanding game) and during it the computer went black again and the year warranty. I dont know if they make these laptops to only last barley or a year or what but having the same issue of completely black screening with no charging light or anything. I'm very upset with acer products and will never be buying another product from them again. I wasted over 3k on 2 laptops that are now just paper weights.

(To add in. I did contact support and they did help as much as they could but having the warranty be out they couldn't do more than helping me over the phone.)

I'm sure that if you took such new laptops like the Nitro AN17-41 that was your first AMD Ryzen laptop laptop or the AN17-42 your second AMD Ryzen laptop to a good tech they could fix both of these laptops completely, unless they have a faulty cpu as that can't be fixed/changed, but if the NVidia gpu is faulty or its got burnt vram, that can be disabled and you can still use the laptop perfectly with the cpu graphics.

I suggest that with your current Nitro AN17-41 model, that you first do a Hard Reset (like shown below) if that doesn't work, take your latop to a tech, as maybe both of these laptops have a shorted BQ chip or an EC chip or even the main power rail is shorted, so take your laptop to an experience tech so that he/they can diagnosed and pinpoint the exact fault of these laptops. Do the Hard Reset first, that you can do early to both laptops like this:

Remove eleven (11) screws from the base cover to the upper case of your Nitro AN17-42, starting from the upper side, pry to release the upper side latches, continue releasing the remaining latches. Then remove the lower case.

Press the power key for 10 seconds to release all power to the laptop and then disconnect the main battery cable from the mainboard, then take the main battery out. Then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and then short the bios batteries + & - pins at the mainboard plug (as shown at A below) to reset CMOS and then take all the ran out.

Leave the laptop like that for at least 30-60min so that the EC, Chipset and bios chips reset completely and then reconnect everything, if you have 2x ram modules, only connect 1x ram module and alternate the two ram modules and see if its not the ram that is faulty, as the laptop should turn on and boot properly with an image on the screen.
