Acer XZ342CU curve LCD monitor flickers then black screen. Is there a fix for this?

We purchased a monitor specifically as an extension to a laptop for remote work from home. No gaming done on monitor. Set at 60hz. After a year the monitor will flicker for 10 seconds then screen turns solid black. The monitor is still on but has black screen. Turning the monitor off and on does not resolve issue. After leaving the monitor on for 30 to 45 mins, the screen will come back on. It's frustrating as it's used multitasking with websites, excel, and word documents. Work is paused reducing hours and income. Is there a fix for this issue with this monitor? The manufacturer warranty says it has 3 year hardware technical support. It was purchased July 21, 2024. Any advices is welcomed.

The screen flickering and the screen going black for such a long time, has to do with the backlight LED globes of your Acer XZ342CU 34 inch monitor screen, this happens when it has faulty LED bulbs that need replacing, this can only be done by a an experienced and a competent tech or if you can get access to these LED globes, you can do this yourself. Acer can't fix this issue as they will either replace the mainboard or the 34" screen with a replacement screen for your monitor.
