I have a Acer Chromebook Spin 312. Current ChromeOS. I do not see Google Play Store within Settings → Apps. Since this is a business gmail account, I reached out to Google Support. After verifying all configurations, profiles, etc with support, they stated that the workspace is configured properly and should allow the device to setup Google Play Store. After all workpace and account changes with Google Support, device was rebooted, account logged off, etc. I have not perform a "wash" just because it was fresh out of the box.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be causing my issue? I am not the only person on a spin 312 expereincing the problem. All affected individuals are on different networks across the country.
