I own an Acer Nitro V15-51-541P laptop and use it with a Llano V12 external cooler. When I consulted the store where I bought it, they confirmed that it’s safe to run the built-in fans at maximum speed since the system is designed to handle it.
Currently, I’ve been operating my laptop with the CPU fan at around 5000 RPM and the GPU fan at about 4000 RPM, while the Llano V12 runs between 800–1200 RPM to enhance cooling and minimize dust buildup.
Should I continue using this setup, or could running the fans at these speeds cause the hardware to wear out faster?
