Predator PHN16-73 rtx5070ti USB-C Displayport and HDMI connection issues

Hi, when im gaming on my New Predator Helios Neo 16 AI im getting a lot of connection issues.

I hear the Sound like if u disconnect a USB Stick and both external Monitors are getting black and only the laptop screen is on.

I got this many many times, i already switched the usb c to displayport cable, i bought premium cables and it still isnt working. Also for HDMI, i plug them directly in the Helios Neo 16 AI….

I also tried it with a Docking Station, also not working.

I Also cant get 2k 144Hz with a Docking station because it only works on the thunderbolt Port and not the other port.

I use the other port for USB C to DP and get 2k 144Hz, but this issue, also with HDMI.

I really need help…

I already did BIOS Update, tried Predator Sense from AUTO to OPTIOMUS to NVDIA only, nothing worked…….

Let me try to describe it a little bit better.

The Device got 2xUSB-C Ports, 1x HDMI and Power.
1xUSB-C is a "normal" Thunderbolt Port, the other ist different, because with this Port i can connect a USB-C to Dispalyport cable and get 2k 144Hz on my Monitor, but i cant use a Dockingstation on that Port, then i get no Picture, with HDMI or DP on the Dockingstation (tried 3 Dockingstations and only USB like Mouse gets through, but NO VIDEO signal.

On the "normal" Thunderbolt Port i can use a Dockingstation, but only like 2k 60Hz with DP and HDMI.

So i thought the only Solution ist to use the "different" USB-C Port for DP so i can get my 2k 144Hz and Gsync. Put the HDMI in the HDMI of the Laptop and not from the Docking station and just use the "normal" Thunderbolt Port with a little dockingstation for Ethernet and USB.

When im gaming i get connection issues. Normally i close the lid from the laptop and only use 2x external Monitors, 1x LG Ultragear 27" (2k 144Hz max) and a 27" Samsung (1080p, 60HZ max).

I hear the USB disconnection Sound and both Monitors get black and wont come back, even if i disconnect DP or HDMI, it needs like 3 or more tries to get them back if i disconnect the cable.
