No nvidia GPU is detected in my Predator PHN16-71

I'm having an issue with my Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 (model PHN16-71) where the NVIDIA graphics card is visible in the BIOS settings but does not shows it's temperature ,and it's not being detected by Windows. Specifically:

The GPU doesn't show any temperature readings in monitoring tools like HWMonitor or PredatorSense.

• When I try to install the NVIDIA graphics drivers (either from NVIDIA's site or Acer's support page), I get an error message saying "no NVIDIA graphic is detected in this PC."

Has anyone else with the PHN16-71 experienced this? Could it be a hardware issue, or is there a specific fix I'm missing? Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated!

• Make sure you're running BIOS version 1.18 and Predator Sense version 5.0.1463.
• Charge the battery to 100% and keep the original power adapter plugged in 24/7—avoid using USB-C chargers for PD.
• Upgrade Windows 11 to version 24H2 or 25H2 for full compatibility.
• If you installed GPU drivers via third-party tools or directly from vendor sites, use DDU in Safe Mode with the “Clean and restart” option to remove them.
• After cleanup, reinstall GPU drivers via Windows Update only to avoid conflicts.

This setup should stabilize your system.
