Aspire X3995 beeps 3 times before booting - BIOS, GPU or Motherboard fault?

Hi everyone,
I'm working on refreshing my Acer Aspire X3995, which runs an Intel Core i7-3770, and I could use some help diagnosing a boot issue.

When I power on the system, it beeps once, pauses ~20 seconds, beeps again, pauses another ~20 seconds, beeps a third time, and then finally boots. This happens consistently.

A few years ago, a technician told me the GPU was burned out and suspected the motherboard’s PCIe slot might be faulty — though he wasn’t entirely sure. He ended up bypassing the GPU and ran video directly from the motherboard.
Recently, I decided to test the slot again with two GPUs:
• A GT 1030 didn’t seem to work.
• A GT 620 does load, but still follows the 3-beep boot pattern.

I’d love to get it down to a single beep and a normal boot. Could this be a BIOS issue, compatibility problem, or something else? Any suggestions or similar experiences would be appreciated! By the way, the Acer site doesn't seem to have anything for the Aspire x3995 line? Like it never existed?

I don't know which Aspire X3995 desktop bios you are running as this desktop was initially released with the Legacy bios which its last version bios is the P01.A2 or it came with the UEFI bios for Win 8 which the last version was P11.A3L.

You can get all these bios version from HelpDrivers Aspire X3995 as they have available 50 files for Acer Aspire X3995 desktop, so look there. So look at all this info I've given you and take the appropriate action.

With the boot error beeps, Acer does signify sort of and like a beep like you are getting but its at a different interval like below, which is the VGA driver or gpu error:

The Aspire X3995 has a 220W PSU and a Gen 3 PCIE16-PCI Express x16 slot for the gpu, fit a 2,5" SSD drive to reduce power consumption and to speed up this desktop speed also.

The gpu problem could be because of the PSU 220W which is not adequate enough, but Acer does use the AMD7470 that needs a 250W PSU so the GT1030 should work.
