I am experiencing an issue with the Bluetooth functionality on my Acer laptop Aspire A315-59 Windows 11
The problem is that my Bluetooth device appears in the list of available devices, but I am unable to connect to it. The Bluetooth interface shows the device as discoverable, but the connection fails. I have also tried troubleshooting using the built-in "Troubleshoot Bluetooth connections" tool, but the issue persists.
I have confirmed that:
My Bluetooth device is turned on and in discoverable mode.
The Bluetooth driver on my laptop is up to date (the latest version provided by Acer).
I have attempted to "Try connecting your device again" as prompted, without success.
This issue is affecting my ability to use Bluetooth audio devices. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
