Hi everyone — I’m using an Acer Nitro V15 (ANV15-51) and I’m seeing the same kind of problems I’ve read about here. Whenever I try to load my website (including the WordPress admin backend) at Handyman Services Singapore the browser becomes sluggish and sometimes totally unresponsive. Typical behaviour: pages take forever to start loading, the browser tab freezes (spin-wheel / “not responding”), uploads or media in the WP dashboard time out, and occasionally the whole system stutters for 10–30 seconds before returning to normal. I’ll often see CPU spikes and the site will time out while saving posts or uploading images.
I’ve already gone through the basic troubleshooting steps: Windows updates installed, graphics and chipset drivers updated from Acer/Nvidia/Intel, NitroSense settings checked, power and performance modes tried (balanced, best performance), and I’ve tested in multiple browsers and in incognito mode. I’ve also checked plugins/themes on a staging copy of the site to rule out server-side issues, but the problem follows me — the Nitro behaves the same when working on other heavy web apps and admin dashboards.
Has anyone else with a Nitro V15 (ANV15-51 or similar Nitro models) experienced browser freezes or WordPress/backend slowdowns like this? If so, what fixed it for you — firmware, a specific driver roll-back, BIOS update, power-plan tweak, NitroSense setting, or something else? Any troubleshooting steps that reliably helped would be really appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
