Upgrading/Replacing the OS SSD on an Predator PO3-640 as well as wiping the original SSD

I have bought a Predator P03-640 in 2022 and i am wondering if it is possible to basically replace the OS SSD that came with it as i have plans to upgrade it to a better one knowing that the Windows 11 product key is injected in the BIOS and would reactivate once you are connected to the internet after reinstalling Windows. Also, i am wondering if it is also possible to wipe the SSD AKA secure erase the whole drive with a SSD Wiping utillity like killdisk and reinstalling Windows after as i think the it also got corrupted by the infamous Windows security update from August as it has been pretty unstable since then altought not as bad as other cases and doing factory reset didnt seem to full fix the problem. I have run all diagnostic tools on CPU, RAM and no issues was found and CHKDISK didnt spoted any bad sectors and BIOS have its latest version. I am including a screenshoot of the drive in question from device manager.

• Yes, you can swap the stock SSD for a faster/bigger one (e.g., a PCIe Gen4 NVMe drive).

• Since the Windows 11 product key is stored in the UEFI/BIOS firmware (MSDM table), you don’t need to worry about losing activation.
  • As soon as you install the same Windows edition (Home/Pro matching what came with your system) and go online, activation will be automatic.

• You can either:
  • Clone the old SSD → new one (if you want all your stuff intact).
  • Or clean install Windows on the new SSD (fresh start, no corruption carried over).
