Helios 300 2022 Stops working after a minute

Hey there. Here's a riddle, I've been searching a lot and trying out several solutions, nothing helped so I decided to open up an account ans ask you guys. Thanks for reading.

I'm trying to repair a PH315-55-784Y Predator Helios 300 N22C3

When I got it, it only turned in its fans for two seconds and then was stuck in a boot loop.

So I cleaned every part, replaced ram, ssd, thermal paste, made a naked start, a soft reset, a hard reset, nothing helped.

One time I was bored and tried booting up without battery and plug it in and out while reportingly pushing on button.

That helped, I got into bios and deactivated password. I was able to install ssd drivers manually and even install windows completely. Laptop was on for hours.

I started to install drivers when the current error occurred:

Laptop Display goes off, keyboard lights in a specific pattern, no reaction to anything, no picture on second display.

When i turn it off, its stuck in boot loop for a couple of minutes, then loads windows boot help or windows itself.

In bios or windows boot helper or windows installation Laptop stays on for hours. In windows sometimes, too. I was even able to install Nvidia drivers correctly.

But mostly in windows, it just stops reacting after about a minute.

What can I do besides sending it into a repair shop? I'm technically interested and I've nothing to lose. Let ne learn something. What would a repair shop do?

Just a comment:

Device stopping to work does have nothing to do with temperature or workload in this case

I was just able to run it for another while, I installed vga drivers, cpuz, gpuz, made some benchmark and stress tests. Everything looks fine. Made a restart, everything fine. Turned it off again. Turned it on. Boot loop.

Told you, it's a riddle.

You’re not supposed to manually install drivers—Windows 11 handles driver installation automatically when you reinstall the OS. Heyhey, thanks for your fast reply, even in a Sunday.

I got the battery report as html. Hope that's OK.

There's a new development. I disconnected battery again and kept unplugging the device whilst pushing power on button.

Now, it sometimes takes a while until laptop boots, it makes several loops until it boots. But once I'm in windows it doesn't go off anymore. I'm pretty happy with this state.
