Intel Iris Xe (i7-1165G7) — Browser & WordPress freezing, huge slowdowns

Hi everyone — I’m using an Intel Iris Xe (i7-1165G7) system and I’ve been running into a frustrating problem. Whenever I try to open or work on my site Cheap Movers Singapore including the WordPress backend), the browser becomes extremely laggy and will frequently freeze or crash. Pages take ages to load, scripts time out, editor previews drop frames, uploads stall, and the whole system sometimes stutters (mouse/input lag) even with only a couple of tabs open. I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps — Windows updates, BIOS/firmware checks, reinstalling/updating Intel graphics drivers, disabling extensions, clearing browser cache, and verifying power/graphics settings — but the problem persists. This feels like the exact behaviour others have been discussing here where Intel UHD/Xe iGPU systems struggle with browser/WordPress workloads. Has anyone using the same CPU/iGPU seen this? What worked for you (driver rollback, OEM firmware, switching browsers, disabling hardware acceleration, or something else)? Any help or pointers would be much appreciated.
