Constant freezing, bluescreens, and crashes on a practically New Predator PH18-73 laptop

hi all. i currently own a predator PH18-73 laptop- NOT preowned- and ive had it for about about 3 months now. it genuinely feels like a piece of junk with how much it bluescreens, glitches out, freezes, crashes applications, and softlocks and then essentially prevents me from restarting my computer normally until im forced to restart by holding the power button for like 20 seconds.

it literally bluescreened the first day i got it, but i didnt think much of it. but im starting to feel like i was sold a product with a failing gpu or something!! the crashes and bluescreens are becoming more and more frequent…

who can i contact about this/how can i check the internal status of my laptop?

With this model gaming laptop its essential that the latest Win-11 version 25H2 and all its update are updated to OS build: 26200.6725 which is the latest version, then make sure that this laptop is running the last 1.09 bios version. Then in BIOS > Advanced > Display mode > set it to run on Nvidia GPU only and also install the Nvidia App and make sure that the last Game Ready driver (as at 4th October 2025) is at version 581.42, as all these settings and updates are essential for this laptop to perform at its peak performance so that it does not crash.

I suggest that if your PH18-73 is crashing and gets allot of BSODs blue screens that you send this laptop to Acer Tech Support in your country asap and make them aware of these crashes and especially the low DDR5 memory speed of 4400MT/s that should running at least at 5600MT/s (as its fitted with DDR5-5600MT/s CL46 type ram) as Acer quotes the PH18-73 to run with DDR5-6400MT/s speed ram that they have specified for the PH18-73 model laptop, which it does not. Please if you get any solution to this problem, please notify the community because there are allot of complaints in regards to the PH18-73 model memory speed.

Note: that this laptops Acer initial quoted memory spec speed of max DDR5-6400MT/s is not correct, as even its oem fitted DDR5-5600MT/s speed memory performs at a speed of 4400MT/s, if you look in the Win-11 > Task Manager > Performance > Memory. So be aware of this as Acer has not upgraded the bios for the ram to run at higher speeds.
